These Terms of Service govern your use of the Conscious Birth Movement website, the Birth Blind Spot Assessment, and related content and services.
The Conscious Birth Movement is operated by LIVE WELLL LOVE WELLNESS (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or assessment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the assessment or our services.
2. Our services
The Conscious Birth Movement provides general educational content and self-reflection resources relating to birth preparation, including the Birth Blind Spot Assessment.
The assessment is designed to help users reflect on areas such as:
Birth choices ;Questions and knowledge; Communication; Support; and Adaptability.
Your result is generated from the answers you provide. It is intended to encourage reflection, learning and further conversations.
We may also provide educational programs, digital resources, email content or other services. Additional terms presented when purchasing or accessing a particular product may also apply.
3. Important medical disclaimer
The Conscious Birth Movement website, assessment, results, emails and educational materials do not provide medical advice.
They are not intended to:
Diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition;Assess whether a pregnancy or birth is low-risk or high-risk;Recommend a particular birth setting, treatment or medical decison;Replace advice from a doctor, midwife or other qualified healthcare professional; orProvide emergency medical assistance.
Every pregnancy and birth is different. Information that is appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another.
Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about your individual health, pregnancy, symptoms, treatment options and birth decisions.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information on our website or in your assessment result.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
4. No professional relationship
Using the website, completing the assessment, receiving an assessment result or subscribing to our emails does not create a doctor-patient, midwife-client, therapist-client or other regulated professional relationship.
Unless separately agreed in writing, it also does not create an individual coaching, consulting or advisory relationship.
5. Accuracy and individual outcomes
We aim to provide thoughtful and useful educational information. However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Assessment results depend on the answers you provide and should not be interpreted as objective findings, diagnoses, predictions or guarantees.
Pregnancy and birth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular birth experience, health outcome or personal result.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information where reasonably required;Use the website and assessment for lawful, personal purposes;Make health and medical decisions in consultation with qualified professionals;Respect our intellectual property and the rights of others; andAvoid interfering with the operation or security of the website.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for deciding whether information is appropriate for your circumstances.
7. Acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, the website, assessment, branding, written content, graphics, designs and educational materials are owned by or licensed to LIVE WELLL LOVE WELLNESS.
You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or create derivative commercial works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

If you consent to marketing, we may send educational content, resources, updates and information about our services.

Our website may link to or rely on third-party services, including GroovePages, Replit, Flodesk, Instagram and other external websites or platforms.

11. Purchases and paid services
The Birth Blind Spot Assessment is currently provided free of charge.
If you purchase a course, program, digital product or other paid service, additional terms—including price, payment, cancellation and refund information—may be displayed at checkout or supplied separately.
Those specific purchase terms will apply to that transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, assessment or services from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, hosting issues or circumstances outside our control may affect access.
We may also correct errors or update assessment content and scoring where appropriate.
13. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By providing information through the website or assessment, you acknowledge that it will be handled according to that policy.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;We are not responsible for medical decisions, treatment decisions or birth outcomes arising from reliance on general educational content;We are not liable for loss caused by third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control; andOur total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the claim.
For a free service, our total liability will be limited to AUD $100, to the extent such a limitation is permitted by law.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has:
Breached these Terms;Misused the website or assessment;Threatened the security of our services; orEngaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.
You may stop using the website or assessment at any time and may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link provided in our emails.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
You and LIVE WELLL LOVE WELLNESS submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
