The Birth Blind Spot Assessment asks questions about your understanding, preparation and preferences relating to birth.
Your individual assessment answers may be stored temporarily in your browser so you can continue the assessment if the page refreshes. When you submit the assessment, we may store:

The assessment is an educational and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical assessment or diagnostic tool.
